Piano Lessons Adelaide
At Novar Music we are proud to offer piano lessons in Adelaide. Our piano teachers are passionate, engaged and professional, who intertwine their musical expertise with the latest in teaching principles.
The piano is an extremely visual instrument, and as such is a great instrument for students to start their musical journey on. It offers students an amazing all-round music education from which they can take up another instrument with ease.
We offer one-on-one, 30 minute lessons suitable for beginners or younger students. This offers a great opportunity to learn the basics in a time frame that is manageable for younger students.
As students get older and more proficient on the piano we will look to lengthen the lessons to 45 minutes or an hour.
We also provide one-on-one lessons for adults, catering the structure and content to each adult student’s learning style and previous music experience.
All of our teaching locations contain good-quality pianos on which you’ll have your lessons. You do not need to bring you own along, obviously! However, we highly recommend that you have a piano at home to practice on. Having your own piano will aid your ability to learn and retain information taught in class.

Carly has been our two children’s piano teacher for 6 years. She is a very dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher. Novar performance parties, recitals and concerts are all well organised and great opportunities for the students to perform in front of an audience. We believe that learning a musical instrument is critical to our children’s general skills development, helping them grow up to be resilient, cultivated and hard-working adults.
