Some years ago I started advocating in the music education space. Primarily it was for my students and then the students that were within the Novar community. Over time this has evolved to working on the Music Teachers Association of South Australia Council and partnerships with Faber Piano Adventures and Hal Leonard Australia. The thing I love most about these roles is meeting educators in our community, connecting and helping to create a professional space for us to enhance our industry. Together we have the ability to really create meaningful life experiences and skills for our students and I am passionate about helping to facilitate this.
Today there has been a special announcement by Yamaha Music Australia, that I have been appointed as their Piano Education Consultant.
